Origin:
The fresh sage bunches are grown organically or collected wild in California and tied together by hand and then dried.
Use:
Light the tip of the Smudge Stick and, once the flames catch, carefully blow them out so that the tip smolders and glows. Use a feather or the palm of your hand to distribute the smoke. Occasionally blow gently on the glowing tips to encourage the smoke. Small embers can come loose, so care should be taken when smudging. After use, extinguish the smudge stick by placing it in a fireproof metal or ceramic bowl.
